我国高校专利申请与转化现状分析

Analysis of the Status in Patent Applications and Transformations of Universities in China

本文从申请量趋势、主要申请人、专利申请状态三个方面分析了国内高校专利申请情况,并从专利转化趋势、主要申请人、转化技术领域、PCT申请比例四个方面研究了国内高校专利转化现状,通过上述研究分析确定我国高校在专利转化方面存在的困难和需求,并给出了结论和展望。

This paper analyzes the status of patent applications in domestic universities from the three aspects in application volume trend,main applicants,and patent application status.The paper also studies the patent transformation status in universities from the four aspects of the trend of patent transformation,main applicants,technical fields,and PCT application ratio.By these analysis and studies,the difficulties and needs of patent transformation in universities in China are found and further discussed.
