"第三代囚犯"从犯罪性质、罪犯知识结构、身份结构、犯罪类型等方面,都呈现出多元化状态。在改造中,罪犯表现出权利(维权)意识强,功利思想严重,家庭意识不强,身份意识弱化,缺乏羞耻感、罪恶感等特点。因此,创建社会良好环境,优化监狱的"内生秩序",对罪犯进行文化知识、生活技能、职业技能、心理健康、法治等方面的教育与训练,才能使第三代罪犯真正成为适应现代社会的公民。

"The criminals of the third generation"present a diversified state from the nature of crime,the structure of criminal knowledge,the structure of identity,the types of crime and so on.In the process of reform,the criminals show the following characteristics:the consciousness of rights(rights protection)is enhanced,the utilitarian thought is serious,the family consciousness is not strong,the identity consciousness is weakened,and the sense of shame and guilt is lacking.Therefore,only by creating a good social environment and optimizing the prison’s"endogenous order",can criminals of the third generation truly become citizens adapting to the modern society through education and training in modern cultural knowledge,life skills,professional skills,mental health,and the rule of law.
