A professional community correction team is the cornerstone of community correction work.To strengthen the team building and improve the ability of the team to implement laws and policies is conducive to consolidate the foundation of the long-term development of community correction work.The non professionalization of the working team has always been the"bottleneck"restricting the development of community correction in China.The promulgation and implementation of the community correction law of the people’s Republic of China provides a good opportunity to promote the professionalization of the working team of community correction.
