中西医结合治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎患者临床疗效

Clinical effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on non-lactation mastitis

目的探讨中西医结合治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎患者的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析自2015年1月至2019年4月于北部战区总医院中医科就诊的115例非哺乳期乳腺炎患者的临床资料。所有患者均行健脾益气、清热解毒、软坚散结法口服及外用中药,配合手术治疗。观察患者治疗效果及临床有效率。结果随访3个月至3年,患者无复发,治愈93例,有效16例,无效6例,有效率为94.8%(109/115)。用药后行手术治疗24例。所有患者治疗前后肝功、肾功及尿常规均未见异常,且治疗期间口服中药无不良反应发生。5例患者肿块期、成脓期有外敷用药过敏现象,发现后立即停止外用药物。结论中西医结合治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎安全有效,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and mechanism of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of non-lactating mastitis.Methods A retrospective study was performed on 115 cases of patients with non-lactating mastitis who were admitted from January 2015 to April 2019.All patients received oral and topical Chinese medicine by invigorating spleen and invigorating qi,clearing heat and detoxifying,softening and dispersing,combined with surgical treatment.The treatment effect and clinical effective rate of patients were observed.Results Follow-up for 3 months to 3 years showed no recurrence.The 93 cases were cured,16 cases were effective,6 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate was 94.8%(109/115).Operation was performed in 24 cases after medication.No abnormal liver function,kidney function and urine routine were observed in all patients before and after treatment,and no adverse reactions occurred during oral Chinese medicine during treatment.Five patients showed hypersensitivity to topical medication in mass stage and purulent stage,and the topical medication was stopped immediately after discovery.Conclusion The treatment of non-lactation mastitis with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is safe and effective,and has certain clinical application value.
