摘要
以ZSM-5分子筛为载体,采用浸渍法制备了钌基催化剂Ru/ZSM-5,研究了催化剂在不同浓度及空速条件下对甲苯的催化氧化性能,探讨了催化剂的稳定性及其对CO_(2)的选择性。结果表明,催化剂具有良好的稳定性及CO_(2)选择性,空速和浓度增大会使催化剂的催化活性降低。实验条件下,Ru/ZSM-5催化氧化甲苯的最低T90值为161℃,并且催化剂在较大的空速范围内对甲苯具有优越的低温催化氧化性能。
Ru/ZSM-5,a ruthenium-based catalyst,is prepared by impregnation method with ZSM-5 molecular sieve as support.Its properties in catalytic oxidation of toluene is studied at different concentrations and at different space velocity.Its stability and selectivity to CO_(2) are discussed.It is indicated that the catalyst has a good stability and an excellent selectivity for CO_(2),and higher space velocity and concentration will reduce the catalytic activity of the catalyst.Under experimental conditions,the lowest T90 value of catalytic oxidation of toluene over Ru/ZSM-5 is 161℃,and the catalyst shows superior catalytic oxidation performance to toluene at low temperature in a large space velocity range.
