摘要
在Innovene气相工艺聚丙烯(PP)生产装置上采用氢调法生产技术,优化聚合、挤压工艺,成功试生产出均聚注塑聚丙烯树脂,通过实验研究进一步发现,Hyperform HPN900ei助剂的加入明显提升了聚丙烯(PP-2)的光学性能、力学性能及热性能,与普通的Z30S均聚料相比,这种高性能注塑聚丙烯物性指标优越、外观更漂亮、加工性更好。
The hydrogen-regulating technology is employed in an Innovene gas-phase polypropylene(PP)production plant.Homopolymer injection molding polypropylene resin is successfully produced via optimizing the polymerization and extrusion process parameters.It is further found through experimental study that the optical,mechanical and thermal properties of polypropylene(PP-2)are significantly improved by adding Hyperform HPN900ei additives.Compared with ordinary Z30S homo-polymer,PP-2 has superior physical properties,more beautiful appearance and better processability for injection.
