摘要
链箅机-回转窑是当前球团生产的主要方式,自2012年投产以来,凌源钢铁球团生产面临原料波动大、设备老化、管理不完善等问题,通过严控精矿水分、提高造球性能、改进氮气燃烧器、增强干燥和预热能力、改进布料和强化造球管理,实现了在产量和球团质量上的显著提升。
The grate-kiln is the main method of pellet production in China.Since it was put into operation in 2012,the pellet production has faced many problems such as fluctuations of raw materials,aging equipment,and imperfect management in Lingyuan Iron&Steel company.Through improving pan pelletizer,redesigning nitrogen burner,enhancing drying and preheating capabilities,burden distribution,pelletizing management,the significant improvement of pellet production and quality was achieved.
