摘要
针对高磷钢种终点氧值高问题,炼钢5号线结合自动化炼钢动态模型,分析了终点氧值影响因素,通过控制渣料量、供氧强度及碳温命中等措施,解决了终点氧值高问题,并取得总效益147.95万元。
Aiming at the problem of high oxygen content at the end point of high phosphorus steel,Steelmaking 5#combined with the dynamic model of automatic steelmaking,the influencing factors of end point oxygen content were analyzed.By controlling slag quantity,intensify oxygen blowing and Double Hit Rate Of Carbon And Temperature,the problem of high end-point oxygen content was solved,and the total benefit was 1.4795 million yuan.
