摘要
以鞍钢无缝钢管厂φ177 PQF连轧管机组为基础,对本条生产线油套管生产所存在的内折进行了缺陷分析。通过控制顶头质量和优化加热温度等工艺参数,消除内折缺陷,达到提高钢管内表面质量控制的目的。
Based on the φ177 PQF continuous pipe mill of Angang seamless steel pipe plant,this paper analyzes the defects existing in the production of oil and casing pipe in this production line。By controlling the plug quality and optimizing the heating temperature and other process parameters,the inner fold defect is eliminated and the quality control of the inner surface of the steel pipe is improved.
