摘要
通过对45号圆钢铸坯气孔缺陷进行理论分析,制定了不同的钢包精炼工艺优化方案,通过试验结果分析,45号圆钢中的氧和氢含量得到有效控制,大大减轻了连铸坯皮下气泡或气孔缺陷量,避免了圆钢黑线裂纹的质量问题。
Based on the theoretical analysis of air hole defects of 45#round steel slab,different optimization schemes of ladle refining process are formulated.Through the analysis of test results,the oxygen and hydrogen contents in 45#round steel are effectively controlled,which greatly reduces the amount of subcutaneous bubbles or air hole defects of continuous casting slab and avoids the quality problem of black line cracks of round steel.
