摘要
首钢京唐公司自投产以来,船板生产量占其钢材总产量的近30%,但由于受船板四边切定的限制,成材率是所有生产产品中最低的。量化分析了影响船板成材率的因素,并介绍了通过提高轧机厚度控制精度实现负偏差轧制、提高钢板平面形状控制、降低切损等措施提高定尺钢板成材率的方法。
Since our company put into production,the proportion of the yield of ship plate are nearly 30%.But be restricted by cut set,the yield ratio of the ship plate is minimum.This article makes a quantitative analysis of some factors affecting the ship plate yield ratio.And by means of high precision rolling technology enhancing of negative deviation、through the plan view pattern control and decrease of trimming,the plate yield ratio can be enhanced evidently.
