摘要
通过对首钢京唐4300 mm中厚板产线加热炉低温烧钢主要影响因素的分析,从第一加热段烧嘴控制、平焰烧嘴布置、调焰烧嘴一次风二次风比例、自动烧钢程序、出炉钢坯温度损失五个方面提出了解决方案,实现了低温烧钢比例的大幅提升。
Through the analysis of the main influencing factors of low temperature steel firing in the heating furnace of 4300 mm production line of Jingtang medium thick plate,the solutions are put forward from five aspects:the control of the burner in the first heating section,the layout of the flat flame burner,the proportion of the primary air and secondary air in the flame adjusting burner,the automatic burning process and the temperature loss of the billet,the proportion of low temperature burning steel has been greatly improved.
