靶向肿瘤相关巨噬细胞的药物研究 被引量:1

摘要 肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAMs)是肿瘤微环境中重要的肿瘤促进细胞。近年来,随着对TAMs参与肿瘤进展机制的深入了解,靶向TAMs的治疗药物研究日益增多。目前,靶向TAMs的药物研发策略主要包括:阻断TAMs在肿瘤部位的募集、消除TAMs、抑制巨噬细胞向M2型极化、将M2-TAMs转化为促炎M1型巨噬细胞、阻断肿瘤细胞与巨噬细胞相互作用、改善巨噬细胞功能以及调节免疫抑制微环境。本文就近年靶向TAMs的治疗药物研究现状进行综述。 Tumor associated macrophages(TAMs)are important tumor promoting cells in tumor microenvironment.In recent years,with in-depth understanding of involvement of TAMs in tumor progression,researches on TAMs-targeting drugs are increasing in amount.At present,TAMs-targeting drug development strategies mainly include:blocking recruitment of TAMs,depleting TAMs,inhibiting M2 polarization of macrophages,converting M2-TAMs to pro-inflammatory M1 macrophages,blocking interaction between tumor cells and macrophages,improving macrophage functions and regulating immunosuppressive microenvironment.This article will review current status of researches on therapeutic drugs targeting TAMs.
