摘要 目的:分析支气管镜下不同方法治疗气道疾病的临床效果。方法:抽选2017年5月-2020年8月在本院接受治疗的气道疾病患者80例为研究对象。依据患者所接受的治疗方案将其分组,接受支气管镜下氩等离子体凝切术(APC)治疗患者为APC组,接受冷冻术治疗患者为冷冻组,接受传统电烧治疗的患者为传统电烧组,接受APC联合冷冻术治疗的患者为APC联合冷冻组,每组20例。比较四组患者的临床疗效、气道内径以及肺功能、动脉血气分析指标情况。结果:APC联合冷冻组患者的临床总有效率明显高于APC组、冷冻组以及传统电烧组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,APC组、冷冻组、传统电烧组以及APC联合冷冻组患者的气道内径、FEV_(1)/FVC、PaO_(2)、PaCO_(2)、SpO_(2)相比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,APC联合冷冻组患者的气道内径、FEV_(1)/FVC、PaO_(2)、SpO_(2)均明显高于APC组、冷冻组以及传统电烧组,PaCO_(2)明显低于APC组、冷冻组、传统电烧组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:APC联合冷冻术治疗气道疾病的临床效果显著,有利于促进患者肺功能和呼吸功能改善,值得进一步推广应用于今后临床中。 Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of different methods in the treatment of airway diseases under bronchoscope.Method:A total of 80 patients with airway diseases treated in our hospital from May 2017 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into groups according to the treatment,patients received argon plasma coagulation(APC)under bronchoscope was APC group,patients received cryotherapy causes patients was freezing group,patients treated with traditional coagulator was traditional electric burn group,patients treated with APC combined with freezing treatment was APC combined with freezing group,20 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,airway diameter,pulmonary function and arterial blood gas analysis indexes of the four groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of APC combined with freezing group was significantly higher than those of APC group,freezing group and traditional electric burn group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in airway diameter,FEV1/FVC,PaO_(2),PaCO_(2) and SpO_(2) among APC group,freezing group,traditional electric burn group and APC combined with freezing group(P>0.05).After treatment,the airway diameter,FEV1/FVC,PaO_(2) and SpO_(2) of APC combined with freezing group were significantly higher than those of APC group,freezing group and traditional electric burn group,while PaCO_(2) was significantly lower than those of APC group,freezing group and traditional electric burn group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of APC combined with freezing in the treatment of airway diseases is significant,which is conducive to the improvement of lung function and respiratory function,and it is worthy of further promotion and application in the future.
