结直肠癌患者术后感染与蛋白代谢的关系探究

Investigation on Relationship between Postoperative Infection and Protein Metabolism of Patients with Colorectal Cancer

目的:探究结直肠癌患者术后感染与蛋白代谢的关系。方法:选取2018年10月-2020年9月本院收治的40例结直肠癌术后感染患者为观察组,同时期的40例术后未发生感染患者为对照组。检测与比较两组术前及术后1、2 d蛋白代谢指标(血清TP、ALB及PA),比较观察组中不同感染情况(切口感染、盆腔感染及其他感染)患者的检测指标,采用Spearman相关性分析,术前及术后1、2 d蛋白代谢指标与结直肠癌患者术后感染的关系。结果:观察组术前及术后1、2 d蛋白代谢指标均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中不同感染情况患者的检测指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Spearman相关性分析,术前及术后1、2 d蛋白代谢指标与结直肠癌患者术后感染均有密切关系(P<0.05)。结论:结直肠癌患者术后感染与蛋白代谢有密切的关系,应重视对结直肠癌患者围术期蛋白代谢的监测与干预。

Objective:To investigate the relationship between postoperative infection and protein metabolism of patients with colorectal cancer.Method:A total of 40 patients with postoperative infection of colorectal cancer from October 2018 to September 2020 were chosen as the observation group,40 patients without postoperative infection at the same time were chosen as the control group.Then the protein metabolism indexes(serum TP,ALB and PA)of two groups before operation and 1 and 2 d after operation were detected and compared,then the detection indexes of the observation group with different infection situation(incision infection,pelvic infection and other infections)were compared,then the relationship between the protein metabolism indexes before operation and 1 and 2 d after operation and postoperative infection of patients with colorectal cancer were analyzed with Spearman correlation analysis.Result:The protein metabolism indexes of the observation group before operation and 1 and 2 d after operation were significantly lower than those of the control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The detection indexes of the observation group with different infection situation were compared,there were no statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed the protein metabolism indexes before operation and 1 and 2 d after operation were close with postoperative infection of patients with colorectal cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion:The postoperative infection has close relationship to the protein metabolism of patients with colorectal cancer,and the protein metabolism of patients with colorectal cancer during the perioperative period should be paid to more monitoring and intervention.
