摘要 通过工业物联网技术,可以将传统各工业设备的信息孤岛联通起来,提高设备的信息化水平。该文利用物联网技术设计了恒温恒湿试验箱,使其具备了远程控制和查看运行状况的功能。该系统主要以STM32F103芯片为微处理器,控制NB-IoT无线传输模块,完成对采集到的温湿度数据传输,并且利用物联网技术进行数据的存储和远程读取,可以在web端远程查看温湿度值的走向,掌握恒温恒湿箱的运行状态,也可远程控制设备的运行,修改其相关参数,实现数据的远程交互,完成远程控制。 Through the industrial Internet of Things technology,the information island of the traditional industrial equipment can be connected to improve the information level of the equipment.This paper uses the Internet of Things technology to design the constant temperature and humidity test chamber,so that it has the function of remote control and check the operation status.Control system is mainly based on STM32F103 chip microprocessors,NB-IoT wireless transmission module,the completion of the temperature and humidity of the collected data transmission,and use of the Internet of things technology for data storage and remote reading,can remote viewing on the web end temperature and humidity value,master the operation of the constant temperature and humidity box,can also remote control equipment operation,modify the relevant parameters,data of remote sensing,remote control.
