基于PTC特性的薄膜电加热器温控方法 被引量:1

摘要 在实际生产过程中,为了保证薄膜电加热器的加热温度达到设定温度,需要实时测量被加热物体温度来控制加热过程。传统温度测量方法通过布置大量温度传感器来实现,但对于某些空间范围狭小的场合,则没有足够空间位置安放温度传感器。针对此难题,该文对基于电加热丝材料正温度特性(PTC)的温控方法开展研究,设计了温度控制总体方案,研究了3种典型电热丝材料的PTC特性,搭建了一种基于电热丝PTC特性的测温装置,试验结果显示温度测量误差在3%以内。 In the actual production process,in order to ensure that the heating temperature of the film electric heater reaches the set temperature,it is necessary to measure the temperature of the heated object in real time to control the heating process.The traditional temperature measurement method is realized by arranging a large number of temperature sensors,but for some occasions with narrow space,there is not enough space to place temperature sensors.To solve this problem,this paper studies the temperature control method based on the positive temperature characteristic(PTC)of electric heating wire materials,designs the overall scheme of temperature control,studies the PTC characteristics of three typical electric heating wire materials,and builds a temperature measurement device based on the PTC characteristics of electric heating wire.The test results show that the temperature measurement error is less than 3%.
