基于PLC的挤出机仪表控制柜集中监控系统设计 被引量:7

摘要 针对传统塑料挤出加工车间中挤出机的仪表控制柜数据的记录和统计方法落后、实时性差、效率低等问题,该文提出一种利用PLC和物联网技术组建数据监控系统的解决方案。使用S7-1200 PLC实时采集、汇总数据,用两个通信模块采集数据来提高采集频率,设计轮询设备分组可选的PLC程序来保证采集频率。使用Wincc软件组态的本地PC通过访问PLC实现车间现场的实时监控。通过无线网关将PLC中数据上传云服务器,在云端进行数据储存与监控。实地运行表明,该系统不仅实现了数据的监控与记录,且运行稳定可靠。 Aiming at the problems of backward recording and statistical methods,poor real-time and low efficiency of the data of the instrumentation control cabinet of the extruder in the traditional plastic extrusion processing workshop,a solution is proposed to set up a data monitoring system using PLC and IOT technology.The S7-1200 PLC is used to collect and summarize data in real time.Two communication modules are used to collect data to increase the collection frequency,and a PLC program with optional polling device grouping is designed to ensure the collection frequency.Real-time monitoring of the workshop site is achieved by accessing the PLC using a local PC configured with Wincc software.Through the wireless gateway,the data in the PLC is uploaded to the cloud server,and the data is stored and monitored in the cloud.The field operation shows that the system not only realizes the data monitoring and recording,but also operates stably and reliably.
