四川抗生素制药企业废水抗生素残留特征与风险评估 被引量:10

Risk assessment of antibiotic residues and selective drug resistance in wastewater from antibiotic pharmaceutical enterprises in Sichuan

摘要 为评估制药企业废水处理系统对抗生素的去除效果及残留抗生素的潜在选择性耐药风险,本研究选取四川省内20家制药企业为研究对象,采用固相萃取-高效液相色谱法对制药废水中残留抗生素进行检测;通过比较废水处理系统进水口和排水口的抗生素浓度,评估废水处理系统对抗生素的去除效果;结合风险熵对残留抗生素的潜在选择性耐药风险进行评估。制药废水中抗生素残留浓度普遍较高;大部分制药企业现有废水处理系统对残留抗生素去除效果不理想;17家制药企业排口抗生素选择性耐药风险处于高风险水平。制药企业废水处理系统对抗生素的处理效果普遍较差,建议制药企业改进其废水处理系统工艺。 In order to evaluate the removal effect of antibiotics in sewage treatment system and the possible risk of antibiotics for antimicrobial resistance selection(RQAMR).In this study,20 pharmaceutical enterprises in Sichuan province were selected to conduct this study.Solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography(SPEHPLC)was utilized to analyze the concentrations of residual antibiotics in pharmaceutical sewage.The removal effect of antibiotics was evaluated by comparing the residual antibiotics concentrations of inlet and outlet of sewage treatment system.The RQAMR was indirectly evaluated based on the calculation of risk entropy.Antibiotics residuals were detected in most pharmaceutical sewage and the concentrations of antibiotic residuals were at a high level.Most pharmaceutical sewage systems had little effect on removal of antibiotic.The RQAMR of 17 pharmaceutical enterprises were at a high level.The pharmaceutical sewage systems have little effect on removal of antibiotic in sewage.We suggested that pharmaceutical enterprises should improve the sewage treatment system.
