基于BIM的MEP管线综合优化多方案决策研究

摘要 基于BIM技术采用调研法、综合赋权法和多属性决策理论中TOPSIS法等对管线综合优化方案进行评价决策。首先,通过调研从施工成本、运维复杂性、施工难易、管线排布及使用功能等方面构建管线综合优化方案评价指标体系;其次,基于BIM技术进行指标数据提取并计算,利用AHP—熵值法对指标进行综合赋权;最后,引入多属性决策方法—TOPSIS法,进行多方案评价,确定最优方案。 Based on BIM technology,uses comprehensive weighting method and TOPSIS method in the multiattribute decision-making theory as well as the research method to evaluate and decide the comprehensive optimization plan of the pipeline.Firstly,this paper establishes the evaluation index system of pipeline comprehensive optimization scheme from the aspects of construction cost,complexity of operation and maintenance,construction difficulty,pipeline arrangement and use function through investigation.Secondly,extracts and calculates indicator data based on BIM technology,and uses AHP-entropy method to comprehensively weight indicators.Finally,introduces a multi-attribute decision-making method—TOPSIS method to evaluate multiple options and determine the best option.
