城市更新的理论与实践:基于国内相关文献的述评

The Theory and Practice of Urban Renewal:Based on the Review of Domestic Literature

首先梳理总结国内学者对国外城市更新实践的研究,随后重点关注国内学者对我国城市更新问题的研究,着眼点放在对城市更新的困境与对策、城市更新的公共参与机制及利益诉求、城市更新模式和可持续问题以及城市更新项目的评价等方面的研究。以此为基础,对今后国内城市更新研究提出相应建议和期待。

First summarizes the domestic scholars’research on the practice of urban renewal in foreign countries,and then focuses on the domestic scholars’research on the problems of urban renewal in China,focusing on the difficulties and countermeasures of urban renewal,the public participation mechanism and interest demands of urban renewal,the mode and sustainability of urban renewal,and the evaluation of urban renewal projects.On this basis,puts forward corresponding suggestions and expectations for the future domestic urban renewal research.
