清温并用法治疗肝衰竭的中医理论及作用机制探讨

Discussion on TCM Theory and Action Mechanism of Treating Liver Failure with Warming and Heat-clearing Method

肝衰竭是临床上常见的严重肝病症候群,发病机制复杂,病情进展迅速,预后差,临床上目前尚无特效药物治疗,并发症发生率与病死率仍然较高,中西医结合治疗肝衰竭在促进黄疸消退、降低病死率等方面具有明显的优势。本院经过30年临床实践与研究,形成了肝衰竭黄疸证的"阳黄-阴阳黄-阴黄"辨证论治体系,其中针对其核心病机的清温并用法理论具有重要地位。本文试从中医理论基础、相关临床研究及机制研究,探讨清温并用法理论在肝衰竭治疗中的应用。

Liver failure is a common clinical serious liver disease syndrome,with complex pathogenesis,rapid disease progression,and poor prognosis.There is currently no clinically effective drug treatment,and the complications rate and mortality rate are still high.The combined treatment of liver failure with Chinese and Western medicine can promote the regression of jaundice,it has obvious advantages in reducing the mortality rate.After 30 years of clinical practice and research,our hospital has formed a"yanghuang-yinyanghuang-yinhuang"syndrome differentiation and treatment system of liver failure jaundice syndrome,in which the theory of warming and heat-clearing method for its the core pathogenesis has an important position.This article attempted to explore the application of the theory of warming and heat-clearing method in the treatment of liver failure from the theoretical basis of traditional Chinese medicine,related clinical research and mechanism research.
