摘要
心脏瓣膜病(VHD)是老年人发生心血管事件的主要原因之一,影像学评估对VHD的诊断及治疗决策至关重要。四维流相位对比MRI(4D flow MRI)技术在VHD中的应用日益广泛,主要用于判断跨瓣血流速度、血流模式、壁面剪切应力、压差等血流动力学参数。本文对4D flow MRI在VHD临床应用中的研究进展进行综述。
Valvular heart disease(VHD)is the main cause of cardiovascular events in the elderly people.Imaging evaluation is crucial for diagnosis and treatment of VHD.The application of 4D flow MRI in VHD is increasingly widespread and mainly used to judge hemodynamic parameters such as transvalvular flow velocity,flow pattern,wall shear stress and pressure difference.The article reviews the research progress of 4D flow MRI in the clinical application of VHD.
