中医药治疗宫颈HPV感染的Meta分析

Meta Analysis of Treatment of Cervical HPV Infection with Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:系统评价中医药治疗宫颈HPV感染的临床效果。方法:检索中国知网数据库(CNKI)、维普数据库(VIP)、万方数据库及PubMed数据库,筛选关于中医药治疗宫颈HPV感染的临床随机对照试验的文献,根据纳入标准及排除标准筛选出相关文献,应用Cochrane系统评价方法评价文献质量,使用RevMen 5.3软件对各研究结果进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入11篇随机对照试验文献,共计1041例宫颈HPV感染患者,其中干预组542例,对照组499例。中医药治疗宫颈HPV感染的HPV转阴率[OR=2.35,95%CI(1.21,4.58),Z=2.51,P=0.01]、临床有效率[OR=4.14,95%CI(2.23,7.70),Z=4.49,P<0.00001]、中医证候积分[OR=1.88,95%CI(1.46,2.44),Z=4.84,P<0.00001]均优于对照组。结论:中医药治疗宫颈HPV感染有效,在治疗HPV转阴率、临床效果、中医症候改善方面具有一定的优势。

Objective:System to evaluate the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of cervical HPV infection.Method:China National Knowledge Network(CNKI)database,VIP database,Wanfang database and PubMed database were searched to screen the literatures on clinical randomized controlled trials of TCM treatment of cervical HPV infection,and relevant literatures were screened according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,and the quality of literatures was evaluated by Cochrane systematic evaluation method,Meta-analysis of the results was performed using RevMen 5.3 software.Result:A total of 11 piece of randomized controlled trials were included in the literature,a total of 1041 patients with cervical HPV infection,the intervention group 542 cases,the control group 499 cases.The results showed that the HPV negative conversion rate[OR=2.35,95%CI(1.21,4.58),Z=2.51,P=0.01],clinical effective rate[OR=4.14,95%CI(2.23,7.70),Z=4.49,P<0.00001]and TCM syndrome score[OR=1.88,95%CI(1.46,2.44),Z=4.84,P<0.00001]were better than those of the control group.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine is effective in the treatment of cervical HPV infection,in the treatment of HPV negative rate,clinical efficacy,the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome has a certain advantage.
