物资供应基层单位提升党支部组织力的探索和实践

Exploration and Practice of Improving the Organizational Strength of the Party Branches in Grass-roots Units of Material Supply

物资供应基层单位是中国石化物资采购的重要职能部门,其中,物资采购工作岗位属于典型的“两高一重”岗位。应该在物资供应基层单位发挥好党支部“抓班子、带队伍、强三基、保稳定、促发展”的作用,不断强化党支部的政治功能,提升党支部的组织力,确保物资采购依法合规、员工廉洁从业,促进党建工作和中心工作的深度融合。本文结合基层法人单位的工作实际,对党支部必须要抓好的政治建设、意识形态、前置决策等八个方面的重点工作进行了探索和实践。

Material procurement is a typical“two high and one heavy”work.We should give full play to the role of the Party branches in“cultivating the leading group,leading the teams,strengthening the three bases,ensuring stability,and promoting development”in the grass-roots units of material supply,constantly strengthen the political function of the Party branches to enhance the organizational strength,ensure that the material procurement comply with the law and the staff engage in honest conduct,as well as promote the deep integration of the central work and the Party building work.Combined with grass-roots actual practice,this paper explores eight important work aspects,such as the political construction of Party branches.
