Understanding and Thinking on How to Do a Good Job in the Work of Leaders and Cadres Reporting Personal Matters

领导干部报告个人有关事项,是党中央做出的重大决策部署,是加强领导干部监督管理、促进领导干部廉洁自律的重要举措。然而,在领导干部报告个人有关事项工作中还存在一些问题,本文对这些问题进行了总结分析,并从组织管理和个人执行两方面提出了解决措施。

The reporting by leaders and cadres on personal matters is a major decision made by the CPC Central Committee and an important measure to strengthen the supervision and management of leaders&cadres and promote their integrity and self-discipline.However,there are still some problems in the work of personal reporting of leaders and cadres.This paper summarizes and analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward improvement measures from the two aspects of organizational management and individual implementation.
