打造国有企业党建共建生态的探索与实践

The Exploration and Practice of Realizing the Ecology of Party Building in State Owned Enterprises

党的十九大报告提出要“不断提高党的建设质量”。近年来,国有企业改革发展面临的新形势新情况新机遇不断涌现,如何切实把党建工作在国有企业中的政治优势和组织优势充分发挥出来,转化为推动中心工作的强大合力是当前亟须研究的课题。“党建共建”模式的提出和实践,为国有企业提高党的建设质量提供了思路。通过整合党建资源,集聚工作合力,有效促进企业间发展战略联动,推动党建工作与中心工作相融共进和全面提升,进一步增强党建工作实效。

In view of the proposition of“continuously improving the quality of Party building”put forward in the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,this article puts forward that state-owned enterprises should strengthen the vertical cooperation of industrial chain and the horizontal expansion of enterprise development by carrying out Party building activities,integrate Party building into the central work,and jointly create the Party building ecology of state-owned enterprises in the form of“Party building and business performance”.
