摘要 随着国有企业发展的不断加速,人才队伍建设已成为关乎企业未来发展的关键。年轻干部队伍建设作为人才队伍建设的关键环节越来越受到广泛重视。研究国有企业年轻干部培养与使用过程中存在的问题,提出适合国有企业年轻干部培养与使用的有效途径和方法,将进一步加强和改进优秀年轻干部培养选拔工作,也将有利于保证企业持续健康发展。 With the continuous acceleration of the development of state-owned enterprises,the construction of talent teams has become the key to the future development of enterprises.As a key link in the construction of talent teams,the construction of a young-cadres team has been paid more and more attention to.This paper studies the problems existing in the cultivation and use of young cadres in state-owned enterprises,and puts forward effective ways and methods suitable for the endeavor,which will further strengthen and improve the cultivation and selection of outstanding young cadres.It will also help to ensure the sustained and healthy development of enterprises.
