基于高质量发展视角的石油化工能源建设项目风险导向审计浅析

Analysis on Risk-oriented Audit of Petrochemical Construction Projects from the Perspective of High-quality Development

石油化工能源产业作为国民经济发展的重要支柱,正面临着转型升级、防控风险、提质增效的严峻挑战。为深入学习贯彻习近平总书记关于坚持底线思维着力防范化解重大风险的重要论述,本文试图站在促进高质量发展的视角,谈谈对石油化工能源建设项目风险导向审计的思考与认识。

The Fifth Plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee pointed out that high-quality development should be vigorously promoted in the new development stage of the 14th five-year Plan.As an important pillar of national economic development,the petrochemical industry is facing the severe challenges of transformation and upgrading,risk prevention and control,as well as quality and efficiency improvement.In order to study in depth and implement well General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition on adhering to bottom-line thinking to prevent and resolve major risks,this paper attempts to stand from the perspective of promoting high-quality development and discuss some thinking and understanding of the risk-oriented audit of petrochemical construction and investment projects.
