摘要
站在不同的视角,人们对培训价值有不同的认知。本文站在财务视角重新定义了培训价值,并提出了培训价值的新主张。研究了培训价值创造的机理和传导路径,探索了培训价值创造的驱动因素,总结了培训价值评估方法论,初步形成了培训价值创造的理论分析框架,并在此基础上构建了基于价值创造的培训模型。
From different perspectives,people have different perceptions of the value of training.This paper redefines the training value from the financial perspective,and puts forward a new proposition for training value.This paper studies the mechanism and transmission path of training’s value creation,explores the driving factors that affect training value,summarizes the methodology of training value evaluation,and initially forms the theoretical analysis framework of training value creation;and on this basis,a training model based on value creation is constructed.
