华东电网特高压网架电压波动影响因素及波动率指标 被引量:3

摘要 华东电网作为世界上特高压直流输电系统馈入最多的受端电网,其电压稳定问题十分重要。阐述了华东电网特高压架构的特点,作为电压波动分析的前提;根据特定特高压变电站数据,详细分析华东特高压网架电压波动因素;对现有标准规范的电压波动指标进行梳理,并结合华东电网运行数据,从时空维度对电压波动情况进行比较分析;针对华东电网的特点,提出抑制特高压网架电压波动的解决思路,为特高压交流系统及其扩建工程系统的电压控制提供运行经验。 The East China Power Grid(ECPG)is a receiving power grid with the largest number of ultra high voltage direct current(UHVDC)feeders in the world,therefore,the most critical question facing the grid,is voltage stability.This paper first describes the characteristics of ultra high voltage(UHV)structure of the ECPG and take them as the premise of voltage fluctuation analysis.Second,according to the data of specific UHV substations,it analyzes the factors of grid voltage fluctuations in the East China UHV grid in detail.Third,it compares the voltage fluctuation indexes of existing standards and specifications,and analyzes the voltage fluctuations from the spatial and temporal dimensions based on the operation data of the ECPG.Finally,according to the characteristics of the grid,the solutions to restrain the voltage fluctuation of the UHV grid are proposed as advises.
