再论高校智慧档案馆建设——兼与王楠同志商榷

《互联网时代下的高校智慧型档案馆建设》一文对高校智慧档案馆建设的解读具有一定的创新性,但也存在认知偏颇和理想化倾向。本文针对该文提出的智慧型档案馆内涵、我国高校智慧型档案馆建设现状以及相关建设举措三方面内容与之进行商榷。提出智慧档案馆的智慧内涵在于对内容信息进行Apriori关联算法分析与主动推送;指出我国高校智慧档案馆建设名不符实,地级智慧档案馆建设未能达到预期的现状;认为目前建设高校智慧档案馆时机尚未成熟,应着力建设高校数字档案馆,并实现由数字档案馆向智慧档案馆的平稳过渡。

The article'the construction of intelligent Archives of universities in the internet era'is innovative to the extent of how to construct intelligent Archives of universities,but it also has the tendency of cognition bias and idealization.This paper discusses from three aspects:the connotation of intelligent Archives,the current situation of intelligent Archives of universities in our country and the relevant suggestions.Points out that the connotation of intelligent Archives is to push information actively by using relevancy algorithm of Apriori;and the construction of intelligent Archives of universities is unworthy of the title,the construction of intelligent Archives of cities also fails to reach the target;Finally,it is concluded that intelligent Archives of universities should not be built until the time is ripe,we should focus on the construction of digital Archives and make a smooth transition from digital Archives to the intelligent Archives.
