公路工程瓦斯隧道计价的探讨

通过对《公路瓦斯隧道设计与施工技术规范》相应条文的分析,梳理了瓦斯隧道预算编制时的适用定额。在此基础上,以某高速公路隧道为依托,以该隧道不同工况下的设计和施工方案为依据,按现行公路工程计价体系规定,分析计算在地质条件和设计原则一致的情况下,非瓦斯、微瓦斯、低瓦斯及高瓦斯四种不同工况时该隧道的造价。同时,文章还对现行公路计价体系下瓦斯隧道计价过程中遇到的一些问题作出分析,并提出解决问题的思路。不同瓦斯工区的适用定额可为瓦斯隧道概预算编制提供参考;不同工况瓦斯工区的造价分析,对工可阶段估算瓦斯隧道造价有借鉴意义。

Through the analysis of the corresponding provisions of the“Technical Code for Design and Construction of Highway Gas Tunnels”,this article sorts out the applicable quotas for the budgeting of gas tunnels.And on this basis,relying on a certain expressway tunnel,based on the design and construction plan of the tunnel under different working conditions,according to the current highway engineering pricing system,the analysis and calculation are under the same geological conditions and design principles.The cost of the tunnel under four different working conditions:non-gas,micro gas,low gas and high gas.At the same time,the article also analyzes some problems encountered in the pricing process of gas tunnels under the current highway pricing system,and proposes solutions.The applicable quotas for different gas working areas can provide references for the preparation of gas tunnel budget estimates;the cost analysis of gas working areas under different working conditions can be used as references for the estimation of gas tunnel cost at the stage of construction.
