集装箱吊具智能技术在自动化码头中的应用

Application of intelligent technology of container spreader in automatic terminal

随着港口码头进入自动化时代,为使码头自动化设备无人工干预、比传统模式的人工操作更精准、作业效率更高、操作更安全、大幅减少码头人员的配置、设备日常保养更能适应发展需求,自动化码头的集装箱吊具配置了集装箱检测和自动定位、超载保护、吊具管理、故障诊断等技术,文中对这些应用技术进行了详述,旨在为相关工作和研究提供参考。

With entering the era of port terminal automation,in order to make the terminal automation equipment get rid of manual intervention,be more accurate than traditional manual operation,have higher operation efficiency,be safer to operate,greatly reduce the allocation of terminal personnel,and be more adaptable to the development needs,container detection and automatic positioning,overload protection,spreader management,fault diagnosis and other technologies are applied in the container spreader of automated terminals.These technologies are described in detail in this paper to provide reference for related works and researches.
