臂托联合真空负压垫与乳腺托架在乳腺癌术后放射治疗中的应用价值

Application Value of Arm Support Combined with Vacuum Negative Pressure Pad and Breast Bracket in Postoperative Radiotherapy of Breast Cancer

目的比较臂托联合真空负压垫与乳腺托架在乳腺癌术后放射治疗中的应用价值。方法选取2018年9月至2019年8月在医院行乳腺癌术后放射治疗的84例患者作为研究对象,遵循随机分组原则分为对照组与试验组,每组42例。对照组采用乳腺托架固定体位,试验组采用臂托联合真空负压垫固定体位,比较两组的摆位误差、摆位成功率及满意度。结果试验组Y、Z轴上的摆位误差均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组1次摆位成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组对医疗环境、服务态度、操作技能、医患关系的满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将臂托联合真空负压垫应用于乳腺癌术后放射治疗中,具有摆位误差小、体位固定性好、患者满意度高等优势。

Objective The application value of arm support combined with vacuum negative pressure pad and breast bracket in postoperative radiotherapy of breast cancer was explored.Methods 84 patients with breast cancer who underwent postoperative radiotherapy in the hospital from September 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and experiment group,42 cases in each group.The control group was fixed with breast bracket,and the experiment group was fixed with arm support combined with vacuum negative pressure pad.The positioning error,success rate and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The setup errors of Y and Z axes in the experiment group were less than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The success rate of one-time setup in the experiment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The satisfaction scores of medical environment,service attitude,operation skills and doctor-patient relationship in the experiment group were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of arm support combined with vacuum negative pressure pad in postoperative radiotherapy of breast cancer has the advantages of small positioning error,good position fixation and high patient satisfaction.
