摘要 目的探讨应用瑞士万通930离子色谱仪检测透析液中阳离子含量的最佳色谱条件。方法采用Metrosep C4-250/4.0阳离子分离柱,对色谱柱温度和淋洗液用量进行筛选,确定最佳色谱条件。结果钠离子、钾离子、镁离子检测的色谱条件为流速0.9 ml/min,淋洗液为0.7 mol/L 2,6-吡啶二羧酸+1.7 mol/L硝酸,柱温40℃;钙离子检测的色谱条件为流速0.9 ml/min,淋洗液为0.7 mol/L 2,6-吡啶二羧酸+5.0 mol/L硝酸,柱温40℃。结论在最佳的色谱条件下,应用瑞士万通930离子色谱仪检测透析液中阳离子含量的稳定性好,灵敏度高。 Objective The optimum chromatographic conditions for the determination of cations in dialysate by Swiss Wantong 930 ion chromatograph was explored.Methods The best chromatographic conditions were determined by screening the column temperature and the amount of eluent using a Metrosep C4-250/4.0 cation separation column.Results The chromatographic conditions for detecting sodium,potassium,and magnesium ions were as follows:flow rate equalled to 0.9 ml/min,eluent was consisted of 0.7 mol/L 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic acid and 1.7 mol/L nitric acid,column temperature equalled to 40℃.The chromatographic conditions for detecting calcium ion were as follows:flow rate equalled to 0.9 ml/min,eluent was consisted of 0.7 mol/L 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic acid and 5.0 mol/L nitric acid,column temperature equalled to 40℃.Conclusion Under the best chromatographic conditions,the detection of cations'content in dialysate by Swiss Wantong 930 ion chromatograph is stable and sensitive.
