产前超声筛查对胎儿眼部畸形的诊断价值

The Clinical Value of Prenatal Ultrasound Screening in Diagnosing Fetal Ocular Malformations

目的总结各类胎儿眼部畸形的超声图像特征,探讨产前超声筛查对胎儿眼部畸形的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2016年5月至2020年1月于福建省妇幼保健院行产前超声筛查的31057名孕妇的临床资料,均行胎儿眼部结构筛查,分析胎儿眼部畸形的超声图像特征,并与随访结果进行比较。结果31057名胎儿的产前超声筛查中检出眼部畸形23例,其中无眼畸形3例,小眼畸形5例(合并先天性白内障1例),眼距增宽11例(合并先天性白内障1例),眼距过窄3例,先天性白内障3例(合并小眼畸形1例,合并眼距增宽1例)。经引产结果证实,产前超声筛查诊断正确17例,6例失访。结论产前超声筛查能较为直观地反映胎儿的眼部结构,利于胎儿眼部畸形的临床诊断。

Objective The ultrasonographic features of various fetal ocular malformations were summarized and the clinical value of prenatal ultrasound screening in diagnosing fetal ocular malformations were explored.Methods The clinical data of 31057 pregnant women received prenatal ultrasound screening from May 2016 to January 2020 in Fujian Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were retrospectively analyzed and fetal eye structure were screened among all of them.The ultrasonographic features of fetal ocular malformations were analyzed and compared with the follow-up results.Results In the prenatal ultrasound screening of 31057 fetuses,23 cases of ocular malformations were detected,including 3 cases of no eye malformation,5 cases of small eye malformation(1 case combined with congenital cataract),11 cases of widened distance between eyes(1 case combined with congenital cataract),3 cases of narrow distance between eyes,3 cases of congenital cataract(1 case combined with small eye malformation,1 case combined with widened distance between eyes).The results of induction of labor confirmed that prenatal ultrasound screening was correct in the diagnosis of ocular malformations in 17 cases,and 6 cases were not followed up.Conclusion Prenatal ultrasound screening could directly display fetal eye structure,and was beneficial to the diagnosis of fetal ocular malformations.
