乡村振兴评价体系构建及实施成效分析——基于河南省市域面板数据的验证

The evaluation system construction and implementation effect of rural revitalization——verification based on municipal panel data in Henan Province

客观评价乡村振兴发展的状况,对推动乡村振兴战略、助推河南省农村经济高质量发展具有重要意义。基于乡村振兴的总体要求,本研究从4个层面构建了乡村振兴的评价体系,采用主成分分析法对河南省18个市乡村振兴发展水平进行了测算,研究发现:河南省乡村振兴整体处于上升态势,2014年后增速加快;乡村振兴发展水平区域差异明显,整体分4个梯队,郑州市最高,商丘市最低;郑州市对周边地市的辐射作用最强,基本形成了以郑州为核心的4个圈层结构,离郑州越近的地区,乡村振兴发展指数较高。

The objective evaluation of the development of rural revitalization is of great significance to promote rural revitalization strategy and realize high-quality development of rural economy in Henan Province.Based on the general requirements of rural revitalization,this essay constructs the evaluation system of rural revitalization in four levels and measures the development level of rural revitalization in 18 cities of Henan Province by using principal component analysis.The results show that the whole development trend is increasing,and the growth rate is accelerated after 2014.There are obvious regional differences in the level of rural revitalization development,which are divided into four echelons,with Zhengzhou being the highest and Shangqiu being the lowest.Zhengzhou has the strongest radiation effect on the surrounding cities and basically formed four circle structures with Zhengzhou as the core.The closer to Zhengzhou,the higher the rural revitalization development index.
