以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,认真贯彻党的十九大精神,坚持把立德树人作为中心环节,把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程,实现全程育人、全方位育人。进一步加强高校学生教育与管理,探索研究重点关注学生的管理方法,最大限度地解决好重点关注学生在学校教育、家庭生活、心理健康和社会保护等方面存在的问题,为其营造健康、轻松的学习条件和成长环境,促进重点关注学生的健康、安全、全面成长。

Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,we must conscientiously carry out the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,persist in taking enhancing morality and fostering talents as the central link,and integrate ideological and political work throughout the whole process of education and teaching,so as to achieve full range of education and all-round education.We should further strengthen the education and management of college students,explore and research the management methods of specially focused students,and solve the problems existing in school education,family life,mental health and social protection to the greatest extent,so as to fully create healthy and relaxed learning conditions and growth environment for them,and promote the healthy,safe and all-round growth of specially focused students.
