摘要
随着我国产业结构的调整以及人才需求的不断变化,对于产教融合背景下应用型人才培养的要求也在不断升级。产教融合应用型人才培养的深化改革成为本科院校所面临的第一要务。项目立体化是以艺术设计类专业为例,以实践项目为中心开展教学改革,采用双导师教学制度,将实践项目贯穿整个课程周期,实现了艺术设计专业教学体系的有效整合。项目立体化教学模式和教学方法的深化与推广,拓宽了实践教学多维度的应用层面,加速了应用型人才培养模式的推进与深化,对实现产教融合背景下应用型本科院校人才培养模式的改革创新影响深远。
With the adjustment of China’s industrial structure and the continuous changes in demand for talents,the requirements for the cultivation of applied talents under the background of production-education integration are also constantly escalating.The deepening reform of the cultivation of application-oriented talents based on production-education integration has become the top priority for undergraduate colleges and universities.“Three-dimensional project”is a teaching reform carried out with practical projects as the center taking art and design majors as an example.The dual-tutor teaching system is adopted to integrate practical projects into the entire curriculum cycle,which realizes the effective integration of the teaching system of art and design majors.The deepening and promotion of the three-dimensional project teaching mode and teaching method have broadened the multi-dimensional application of practical teaching,accelerated the promotion and deepening of the training mode of application-oriented talents,having a far-reaching impact on the reform and innovation of talent training mode in application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities under the background of production-education integration.
