临床微生物学专升本继续教育新教学模式探讨

Discussion on the New Teaching Mode of Continuing Education for the Upgrading from Junior College to University in Clinical Microbiology

提高专升本成人高等教育质量是成人高等教育教学改革发展的主旋律,不断深化教学改革是促进专升本成人高等教育持续发展的主要内容。该文结合所在教研室的教学经验,从教育对象、教材和教育方式三方面分析了当前临床微生物学专升本继续教育的现有教学模式和存在的问题,并对临床微生物学专升本继续教育教学模式改进措施进行了探讨,通过科学选择授课内容、融合CLSI M100教学、传统与网络相结合的教学方式和提高师资水平等途径,使专升本继续教育培养出更多符合临床需求的医学人才。

Improving the quality of adult higher education for the upgrading from junior college to university is the main theme of the reform and development of adult higher education.Continuously deepening the teaching reform is the main content of promoting the sustainable development of adult higher education for the upgrading from junior college to university.Based on the teaching experience of the teaching and research section of the writers,this paper analyzes the current teaching mode and existing problems of continuing education for the upgrading from junior college to university in clinical microbiology from such three aspects as educational objects,textbooks and educational methods,and discusses the improvement measures of the teaching mode of clinical microbiology.Through the scientific selection of teaching content,the integration of CLSI M100 teaching,the combination of traditional and online teaching methods,and the improvement of the level of teachers,the continuing education for the upgrading from junior college to university can cultivate more medical talents that meet clinical needs.
