高职高专数学教育人才培养方案的实施保障——以丽江师范高等专科学校为例

摘要 目前,我国高职高专数学教育专业的人才培养目标是培养各个方面全面均衡发展,具有较强的小学数学教师职业素养,具备扎实的小学数学理论基础,掌握初步的数学教育理论和实践方法,具有较强的小学数学教学活动能力,具有一定的小学教学科研能力的小学数学教师。为了培养目标的进一步优化,丽江师范高等专科学校按照专业对应岗位所需要的核心能力,进行数学教育专业人才培养方案的新一轮设计和教学改革。数学教育专业为新一轮的人才培养方案的成功实施提供了七重有力保障。 At present,in China’s higher vocational colleges,the goal of talent training for the mathematics education major is to train primary school mathematics teachers who should develop in a comprehensive and balanced manner in all aspects,have a strong professional quality of primary school mathematics,have a solid theoretical foundation of primary school mathematics,and master basic mathematics education theory and practice methods,have a strong ability of primary school mathematics teaching,and have certain primary school teaching and research capabilities.In order to further optimize the training objectives,the college carries out a new round of design and teaching reform of the training program for mathematics education professionals in accordance with the core competencies required by the corresponding professional positions.The mathematics education major provides seven powerful guarantees for the successful implementation of the new round of talent training program.
