摘要
建立科学、规范、多元化的劳动用工体系是现代医院人力资源管理的重要组成部分。南京医科大学第一附属医院以劳务派遣为主要工具,在岗位分级分类的基础上,对原有的劳动用工体系进行变革,探索出医院劳务派遣用工的实施路径和方式方法。通过变革,优化了用工结构,形成了科学化的用工体系,并对劳务派遣这一工具的使用边界、后续管理措施进行了讨论。
Establishing a scientific,standardized and diversified labor employment system is an important part of modern hospital human resource management.The First Affiliated Hospital with Nanjing Medical University has taken labor dispatch as a main tool to reform the original labor dispatching system,and explored the implementation path and methods of hospital labor dispatching.Through reform,labor structure is optimized,and the scientific labor system is formed.Then the usage border and follow-up management countermeasures of the labor dispatching are discussed.
