大城市居民参与商业健身俱乐部的满意度与提升对策——基于上海市的数据分析

Satisfaction and Development Countermeasures of Big City Residents Participating in Commercial Fitness Clubs——Based on Shanghai Data Analysis

为了更好地落实国家有关全民健身的要求,提高商业健身俱乐部服务质量和满足居民的健身需求,以上海市为例,对大城市居民参与商业健身俱乐部的满意度进行了调查和分析。结果表明:居民对商业健身俱乐部在课程安排、健身教练、健身服务、健身器械、健身价格、健身安全、环境设施和健身效果8个维度上总体表示满意,但各个具体维度内部存在一些差异,其中在健身效果与健身教练两个维度上满意度相对较高。未来可通过开发各类新型的健身课程、规范管理健身教练上岗资格和继续培训、促进健身服务的多样化发展、加强健身器械引进与维护管理、制定合理的健身价格、打造安全的健身环境、为居民及时提供健身信息反馈等进一步提升居民的健身满意度。

In order to better implement the requirements of the national fitness,improve the service quality of the commercial fitness clubs and meet the fitness needs of residents,the paper takes Shanghai as an example and investigates and analyses the satisfaction degree of residents participating in commercial fitness clubs in big cities.The results showed that the residents were satisfied with the commercial fitness clubs in the eight aspects of curriculum arrangement,fitness coach,fitness service,fitness equipment,fitness price,fitness safety,environmental facilities and fitness effect,but there were some differences within each specific aspect.Among them,the satisfaction of fitness effect and fitness coach are relatively high.In the future,the residents'fitness satisfaction can be improved by developing various new fitness courses,standardizing the qualification and continuing training of fitness coaches,promoting the diversified development of fitness services,strengthening the introduction and maintenance management of fitness equipment,designing reasonable fitness prices,creating a safe fitness environment,and providing timely fitness information feedback for residents.
