“社会资本”视域下社区大众体育发展的学理逻辑与路径选择

Logic and Path Choice of Community Mass Sports Development from Perspective of Social Capital

在“全民健身”及“大健康”理念导向背景下,基于社会资本理论对社区大众体育发展的学理逻辑进行分析,认为社区大众体育社会资本是在信任、规范和网络的基础上形成的关系网络,能够强化个体的归属感、幸福感和满足感,显著提升社会资本的存量和经济价值,产生绝对正外部效应。提出促进社区大众体育社会资本的培育路径:增加信任型社会资本,构建社区大众体育多元利益主体的互信关系链;健全规范型社会资本,形成社区大众体育“刚柔”规范体系;完善关系型社会资本,创新社区大众体育管理模式;培育服务参与型社会资本,促进社区大众体育可持续发展。

Under the background of the concept of“national fitness”and“great health”,the theoretical logic of community mass sports development is analyzed based on the theory of social capital.It is believed that community mass sports social capital is a relational network formed on the basis of trust,norms and network.The paper puts forward the cultivation path of promoting community mass sports social capital:increasing trust social capital,constructing mutual trust relationship chain of multiple stakeholders of community mass sports,perfecting normative social capital,forming rigid and soft normative system of community mass sports,perfecting relational social capital,innovating community mass sports management mode,cultivating service participation social capital and promoting sustainable development of community mass sports.
