摘要
柑橘黄龙病是柑橘植株中的一种严重媒介传染病,木虱是柑橘黄龙病的传播媒介.针对柑橘病害防控措施中的化学防治,考虑柑橘木虱抗药性的影响,提出一类在药物敏感木虱和抗药性木虱并存环境下的媒介传染病动力学模型,计算并得到基本再生数R_(0),分析模型的动力学性质.当R_(0)<1时,无病平衡点是局部渐近稳定的;当R_(0)>1时,无病平衡点是不稳定的.进一步讨论了模型的正平衡点和后向分支存在的条件.
Citrus Huanglongbing(HLB)is a serious vector-borne disease in citrus plants,and psyllid is a vector for the transmission of Citrus HLB.According to chemical prevention and control of citrus pests and diseases,and the impact of resistance to citrus psyllids,we propose a dynamic model of vector-borne diseases,in which susceptible and resistant psyllid are staying together.Then basic repreductive number R_(0) is can be obtained by calculation,which is used to analysize the dynamic properties.We can see that,the disease-free equilibrium of model is locally asymptotically stable if R_(0)<1 and unstable if R_(0)>1.Sufficient conditions for the existence of positive equilibrium and backward bifurcation are further discussed.
