摘要
从数学上证明了,在已知一个绝对分歧时间的三物种体系和四物种体系中,推导公式的雅可比矩阵转置矩阵通过初等变换可实现2行相等.推导公式因为“病态方程组”问题不能得到其他物种分歧时间的准确计算结果,而替代公式因无“病态方程组”问题可以得到满意结果.
It was proved mathematically that by using deduced equation,two rows of transformed Jacobian matrices can be equal by elementary transformations in three clade system and four clade system with one known absolute divergence time.Deduced equation can’t produce other correct divergence times because of ill-conditioned equation problem,where replace equation doesn’t have ill-conditioned equation problem and can obtain satisfied answers.
