摘要
帘线钢盘条拉拔后成品钢丝直径较小,为满足不同道次拉拔要求,保证成品钢丝性能稳定,对盘条化学成分特别是碳质量分数波动范围要求严格。转炉终点碳质量分数控制、物料变化、样品制备方法等均会对盘条碳质量分数稳定性产生影响。通过提升转炉终点碳质量分数、增碳工艺前移、缩短精炼过程样品检验时间、保证过程样品质量、规范样品加工及检验标准等手段,实现了帘线钢盘条碳质量分数的精确控制,波动范围由±0.025%减小到±0.015%,提高了帘线钢盘条综合成品率,满足了用户需求。
The diameter of finished steel wire of cord steel wire rod is small after drawing.To meet drawing requirements of different passes and ensure stable performance of finished steel wire,chemical composition especially fluctuation range of carbon content of wire rod is strictly required.The end-point carbon content control of converter,material changes,sample preparation methods,etc.will all affect stability of carbon content of finished wire rod.Accurate control of carbon content of cord steel wire rods is achieved by increasing carbon content of converter end point,moving carbon increase process forward,shortening sample inspection time of refining process,ensuring quality of process sample,standardizing sample processing and inspection standards,etc.The fluctuation range is decreased from±0.025%to±0.015%,which improves comprehensive yield of cord steel wire rod and meets the needs of users.
