热连轧自动辊缝水平调整系统设计及应用

摘要 对轧件跑偏的状态进行了分析,得出轧制力差的变化方向和大小可以作为轧件跑偏方向和程度的依据。设计一种自动辊缝水平调整系统,可以实现对轧制跑偏进行有效控制,通过在1780 mm轧机上试验应用,甩尾率由年均0.8%下降到0.12%左右。带钢楔形平均值由150~200μm减小到50~100μm,取得了良好效果。 To analyze deviation state of rolled products,the change direction and size of rolling force difference can be used as basis of deviation direction and degree of rolled products.Design an automatic roll gap horizontal adjustment system,which can effectively control rolling deviation.Through test application on 1780 mm rolling mill,tail flick rate has dropped from 0.8%to 0.12%per year.The average value of strip wedge has been reduced from 150~200μm to 50~100μm,which has achieved good results.
