摘要
美国急症后照护模式是老年照护服务体系的重要组成部分,在社会保障体系中发挥着重要作用。本文从服务类型、给付方式、运行特点等方面对美国急症后照护模式发展现状进行梳理分析,为我国老年照护服务体系发展提出建议:重视老年照护服务体系建设,依托长期护理保险支持照护服务发展,加快构建照护服务给付制度。
American post-emergency care model is an important part of the elderly care service system,which plays an important role in the social security system.This paper combs and analyzes the status of the American post-emergency care mode development from the aspects of service type,payment mode and operation characteristics,and puts forward some suggestions for the development of care service system for the elderly in China.It is necessary to attach importance to the construction of care service system for the elderly,rely on long-term care insurance to support the development of care service,and speed up the construction of care service payment system.
